I’ve said this before but it bears repeating.
All of the things that you want and can't seem to find are in the discomfort zone.
If you want something that you have never had, you have to do something you’ve never done.
That's a positive feedback loop that’s caused by not stepping into the discomfort zone.
Growth is always a bit uncomfortable.
Think about it like this:
If you go to the gym and get in a solid, heart pounding, sweat drenched, workout, you know you’re going to feel it the next day, probably the second day as well.
When you wake up on day two and you don't feel any soreness at all, how effective do you think that workout was? Our hearts and brains are muscles as well.
So, if you are not feeling a little sore in your personal development and relationships, do you need to look at your routine?
